4. Payments and Refunds
Prices are communicated via proposals or packages. Payment is due as specified (upfront, milestone-based, or monthly).
Invoices must be paid on time. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable due to the custom nature of creative work.
5. Intellectual Property
a. Client Content
Clients retain rights over any content they provide.
b. Neon Kiwi Work
Upon full payment, final deliverables created by Neon Kiwi are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We retain the right to display selected work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless explicitly forbidden in writing.
c. Prohibited Use
You may not:
Resell or redistribute our services without permission.
Copy or reproduce our materials (text, visuals, strategy) without consent.
6. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use our website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Attempt to access restricted areas or disrupt service functionality.
Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content.
We reserve the right to suspend access or report abusive behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
